ABOUT RACHEL CHAN

At 21, my life changed overnight. I found myself unexpectedly pregnant, terrified of repeating the cycle I’d watched my mum endure.raising 3 children on her own whilst juggling a career as a nurse which resulted in burn out. When my daughter arrived five weeks early & needed surgery within 24 hours, I spent 7 weeks in neonatal intensive care, exhausted, scared, and questioning everything. But that moment became my catalyst. I decided that I didn\'t want to follow in my mum footsteps & that I would build a life & career on my own terms. With zero background in business or wellness, I started my first business & built it up during maternity leave, so that I could leave my 9-5 job. It wasn’t easy, I faced doubts, sleepless nights, and judgment, but I discovered a level of grit I never knew I had. Over the next decade, I scaled that business to multiple 7-figures, mentored hundreds of women, and created a life of freedom and choice with my two beautiful daughters. I achieved things that the 21 year old version of me would never have thought possible. But my story isn’t just about wins. I’ve faced setbacks, what felt like failure in the moment, heartbreak, grief, and seasons of doubt where I questioned if I could keep going. In 2023, after navigating one of the hardest seasons in both business and life, I hired a coach. That decision became a turning point. The experience was so transformational that I trained as an Intuitive Psychology Coach, specialising in shadow work and subconscious reprogramming. Through this work, I released the shame, fear, and unconscious patterns that had kept me playing small, and finally stepped into my authentic power. Now, this is the work I\'m passionate about helping other women to do. I help ambitious, heart-led women break free from conditioning and self-doubt so they can rise into their authentic power, build unshakable self-trust, and lead unapologetically in life and business. This isn’t about quick fixes, it’s about deep identity work, nervous system regulation, shadow alchemy, and reclaiming your power so you can create success on your own terms. Beyond business, I\'m a Proud mum to two fierce & kind little girls. An Advocate for female empowerment & financial independence, and a firm believer that thriving in wellbeing and business are inseparable. I\'m at my happiest in nature, at the gym, or spending time with my loved ones. Moral of my story is.You can start over. You can rise stronger, and you can create a life that feels truly yours, when you choose to lead yourself through every season.
