I am a Senior Project Manager with extensive experience delivering complex, business-critical technical projects and large-scale programmes of work within the wholesale and business telecommunications sector.Alongside hands-on delivery, I lead and manage a multi-disciplinary project delivery team, providing day-to-day line management, oversight and strategic direction across a portfolio of projects. I am responsible for supporting and assuring delivery across all team-led initiatives, ensuring projects are well-governed, resourced appropriately, and aligned to wider programme objectives.I specialise in end-to-end programme delivery across highly technical environments, establishing strong governance and controls across multiple workstreams. I actively manage risks, issues and dependencies, and provide clear, concise executive-level reporting to support informed decision-making.I am a confident and credible communicator, experienced in engaging with senior and executive level stakeholders, customers, suppliers and technical teams with varying levels of technical understanding. I translate complex technical requirements into clear delivery plans and actionable insights, enabling teams to deliver with confidence and pace.A core part of my role is people leadership and development. I provide ongoing mentoring and coaching, lead training and capability development, and own performance management processes including PDPs, appraisals and day-to-day support. I am highly experienced in managing high-risk delivery scenarios, sensitive escalations and customer complaints, taking a calm, structured and outcome focused approach to resolution.I thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments and am known for my ability to lead through change, manage ambiguity and deliver results across complex programmes of work.
