Lead designer and facilitator of our Selling Skills programme, creating a blended learning programme rolled out to 30+ stores across Ireland and the UK. Designed and delivered a leadership development programme for Store Managers embedding a culture of ongoing feedback and coaching in our stores.Created and facilitated the Mahon Point Store Opening three day training combining technical knowledge, selling skills and team building activities.Work closely with Regional, Store and Head Office managers and teams to coach, support and guide on learning solutions. Develop interactive e - learning modules using authorising tools e.g Articulate. Measure the effectiveness of learning initiatives through assessment, feedback and performance metrics.
