Responsible for ensuring all project artifacts are created including statement of works, burn down charts, data mapping, maintain backlogs, change request, RAID logs, and issue lists are maintained and meets individual client requirements. As of Jan 31st 2021 I ran 38 project varying in size, specialism and complexity. The smaller projects require perfect scheduling and organisation to run simultaneously with the larger BI and Pricing projects. As of the January the 31st 2021 I ran 5 backlogs/ issues lists and managed relationships with all 38 clients that are all at different stages of the PLC. Building teams and integrating products after acquisitions, building out governance and documentation and training junior team members. To deliver Evaluate projects I work with the Heads of Pricing to input into strategy, support with gaining traction within the firm and selecting strategic partners. Our clients strive to perfect their pricing and profitability strategies and we innovate to empower them through a blend of waterfall and agile projects. This leads to many nuances in scope and conversations with stakeholders to manage expectations. Work within the sales process to secure additional fund for scope creep or define and commission new projects. Experienced with PMS migrations and upgrades and working with a team of BI consultants to install or remap Bighand projects to the new database. I work with my teams though entire software development life cycle to deliver the clients objectives.
