I’ve been in the ABA field for 6+ years and love the community I serve. After a few years on the clinical side, I decided to migrate to an operational role which has expanded my experience in team management, administrative responsibility, understanding and achieving KPI goals, and plenty more valuable opportunities that have shaped me into the leader I am today. I’m proud to have merged my clinical learnings & operational view points as a clinic operations manager for the community that I care so deeply for. My primary goal is to never stop learning.
