Support ongoing equity and inclusion efforts, both internal and external, evaluate agency patterns to find innovative solutions to equity challenges and foster communication at all levels to better understand employee and rider needs.• Assisted in the collection of over 280 comments from Council-wide staff and collaborated with Metro Transit\'s equity & inclusion advisory committee to put forth 55 recommended action steps, identifying transformational policy and procedural change.• Act as Transit’s liaison to implementing the Council-wide Racial Equity Training Plan and assist in ongoing strategic planning using intercultural competency as an organizational development tool. • Created an introduction to race discussions curriculum to be used among work groups.• Act as project lead for Transit’s anti-harassment initiative and implemented educational campaign in 2019, fostering Respect, Kindness and Inclusivity.• Connect with internal and external partners to instill trust, assist in cross-department communication and collaboration and advance Council-wide equity strategies.
