The heart of WellHaven is supporting veterinary teams in delivering the highest standard, patient-centered care to the pets in our communities.Responsibilities: As an HR Coordinator at WellHaven Pet Health, I support core HR functions with a strong focus on compliance, compensation, and HRIS management. This includes maintaining and auditing employee records in Paycom, processing Personnel Action Forms (PAFs), and ensuring all documentation is accurate, timely, and aligned with company policies.I conduct regular HRIS audits to support data integrity, assist with benefits administration, and help manage ACA and OSHA reporting requirements. I oversee the HR shared inbox, responding to inquiries from hospital leaders and team members and escalating more complex issues when necessary. My role also involves contributing to compensation research, entering data for salary benchmarking, supporting onboarding, maintaining candidate records in ClearCompany (ATS), and assisting with internal audits across various HR areas.
