About Rachel Brown
I am a recent graduate from Bethel University and am starting my career in human resources as a Talent Acquisition Specialist for The Imagine Group. Throughout my time as an intern, I found my passion in HR to be recruiting and continuously improving the candidate engagement experience. While at Bethel, I also minored in Spanish and studied abroad in Spain and have been able to use my Spanish-speaking ability to improve the quality of the hiring process for Spanish speaking candidates. When I am not focused on school or work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, going out for ice cream, shopping at thrift stores, and drinking coffee.
