ABOUT RACHEL BOYER-BLANCHARD
I have been working in accreditation for over 25 years. I trained as a Biomedical Scientist and worked as an Assessment Manager of Medical Labs for 15 years. I am passionate about personal development and empowerment and I’ve worked as a Trainer throughout my working career. Since 2020 I have been also been delivering mentoring and coaching of new starters and I’m now supporting the development of a team of mentors. At the same time I began developing e-learning material and have now been fortunate to move full time into instructional design with a side order of mentoring and coaching. I love the creativity I can use in instructional design and how I can link that with my mentoring, coaching and training role. Empowering others to achieve their goals and creating quality learning material accessible when our stakeholders need it helps gives me great satisfaction.
