As a passionate and enthusiastic member of the project delivery team, I am involved in the full project lifecycle from initial briefing, to planning, conducting primary and secondary research, creating reports and participating in stakeholder presentations. Due to the variety of projects with small, medium and large scale clients across the globe, I am experienced in projects across sectors including: Technology, Engineering, Manufacturing, FMCG, Retail, Transportation & Logistics, Consultancies, Legal Services, Energy and E-Commerce, with capital project values up to £85K. Our project work can range from recruitment searches and headhunting, talent mapping and pipelining, to intelligence projects such as competitor analysis, location analysis, organisational structures and salary benchmarking.This role combines a multitude of my strongest attributes developed throughout my career, whilst providing continuous opportunities and challenges to advance my skillset further. I implement creative problem solving to innovate efficient solutions to meet client needs and drawing relevant insight from data, whilst producing creative visual representations of data and reports. This further requires highly flexible communication skills to adapt to various communicative forms suitable to the audience. In addition, I utilise a highly technologically focused approach to remain highly organised, maintain high standards of record keeping and I am as data-driven in my personal approach to work as I am in the projects themselves.
