Rachel Beth Egenhoefer is a design professor, leader, researcher, and consultant whose work focuses on sustainability and systems thinking as related to behavior change. Egenhoefer is currently a full Professor in Design at the University of San Francisco, where she has taught since 2009 and Affiliate Faculty at the Presidio Graduate School. She is the editor of the award-winning Routledge Handbook of Sustainable Design (2017, 2nd Edition published 2024). She also writes Regenerative Conversations on Substack, and has spoken globally about Sustainable and Regenerative Design.\"I am passionate about making academic research and industry jargon accessible to the masses so we can create the regenerative change needed in the climate crisis.\"
