Support Launch, Implementation, and Support of Employee Belonging Groups (EBGs)- Provide programmatic and administrative support to manage and grow our three inaugural employee belonging groups to ensure the groups’ success in building community and belonging within their membership base; tasks include managing annual budgets and advising on programmatic and communication events - Support activities to assess the interest and readiness of emerging EBGs - Support activities to mature our EBG framework and processes - Manage quarterly meetings and professional development among EBG group leadsInclusion Programming Support - Create engaging and culturally relevant learning, development and inclusion programming including the execution of our DEI learning plan - Project manage the global cultural and inclusion programming communications calendar in partnership with the Corporate Communications team to promote inclusive dates and programming; create processes to collaborate within the DEI team, as well as our HR Business Partner and Recruitment Marketing teams- Provide logistics coordination for all virtual programming, including managing Outlook invitations, video conferencing through Microsoft Teams, and analyzing post event surveys Regional Support & Coordination - Support DEI Regional Lead activities, as needed, to support staff initiatives in North America and CALA (Caribbean and Latin America) regions representing roughly half of the organization - Partner on ESG and DEI Regional Lead special projects
