Multi-Channel: Majors and E-CommerceWomens, Mens, and Childrens: All Categories (Leathergoods, RTW, Shoes, Silks, Soft Acc.)• First Business Planner for Wholesale and Franchisee divisions of Gucci America.• Responsible for managing more than $200M+ in annual net bookings and budgeting across 10+ departments (apparel and non-apparel) and 25+ accounts (majors, e-commerce, specialty).• Structured, developed, and executed the first official strategic plan for the Wholesale division for the growth and expansion of current distribution, improved product performance and gross margin, elevated brand image and market positioning. Individual plans were created for and specifically tailored to each department and account, down to a door level (135+ doors).• Introduced competitive selling and distribution analysis reports of the wholesale division to executives world-wide, offering a more comprehensive look at performance—orders, sales, inventory, turn, penetration, mix—all cross-examined vs. TY/LY/BDG/FCT.• Created Merchandise Plans and OTB splits by category by client for each merchandise season and fashion show event, as well as 3 year Volume Projections by classification by category for Production and Merchandising purposes, all provided in both unit and dollar values.• Managed Topline Fiscal Planning and Financial reporting on a weekly, monthly and seasonal basis, according to both merchandise and fiscal calendars, distributed to Executives world-wide. • Teamed up with Logistics and Production teams to ensure healthy Supply Chain status and punctual shipments for all clients/categories.
