I’m a healthcare revenue cycle professional with a foundation in hospital auditing and a passion for operational strategy. My career began in audit, where I developed a strong eye for detail, data integrity, and compliance. That experience sparked a deeper interest: not just in uncovering issues, but in solving them.Transitioning into hospital accounting and revenue operations gave me the opportunity to make real-time, strategic decisions—while staying grounded in analytics. Over time, I gravitated toward payer engagement and managed care contracts, where I could help bridge the gap between clinical services, financial systems, and payment outcomes.One of the most defining experiences in my career was leading the integration of hospital and physician payment operations. That work not only required aligning disparate systems and stakeholders but also demonstrated the value of seeing the bigger picture and acting with intention.My leadership approach is collaborative and people-centered.
