I’m a clinical psychologist, health psychologist, and founder on a mission to make therapy feel more human, from the moment someone searches for help to the moment they start to heal.Through my virtual practice (Everwell Behavioral Health), I work with women, professionals, and caregivers navigating insomnia, chronic pain, stress, and the messy mind-body challenges that often come with them. My approach is evidence-based and human-centered—rooted in cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, nervous system regulation, mindfulness, and emerging tools like Pain Reprocessing Therapy.But the work doesn’t stop in session.I’m also building WellMatched: a therapist-matching platform for people who’ve tried directories, dead ends, and dead air… and still haven’t found the right fit. We center identity, values, and communication style, not just credentials, because finding care shouldn’t feel like a second job.I believe: • Fit isn’t just a feeling, it’s a clinical outcome driver. • The right match can accelerate healing. • And no one should have to ghost their own growth because the process felt too hard.
