RachelDillon.com I have over 25 years of experience as a professional graphic designer, and over 15 years in learning and development. In my opinion, visual design can make or break a learning experience. I follow an agile ADDIE model as an instructional designer to develop Web-based, Instructor-led, and virtual-led training. As an instructional designer, it\'s my role to be the learning advisor and uncover objectives, audience goals, and determine levels of motivation to develop an effective solution. Creating a successful learning project requires clear and consistent communication, and keeping the project in scope.
