Senior energy and digital transformation leader with 20+ years of experience delivering large-scale technology change and adoption programs across the upstream energy sector.I’ve led complex, global transformation programmes from strategy through to sustained value delivery, working at the intersection of business, technology, and people. My experience spans digital and workflow transformation, IT/OT-enabled solutions, advanced analytics adoption, citizen development, and capability building across global technical communities of 300–1,500+ users.I am known for combining structured, value-led delivery with creativity and empathy—coaching leaders and teams through change, translating complex technical ideas into practical outcomes, and designing engaging ways of working that help transformation stick. I regularly act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, aligning stakeholders and leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver measurable results.I am motivated by work where strategy, creativity, data, and technology come together to address the energy industry’s most pressing challenges, while developing people and building inclusive, high-performing teams along the way.I am passionate about developing others, specifically in STEM and sports. I volunteer in education and sports clubs. I am a leadership coach and personal trainer with vast experience in mentoring, training and coaching at all levels across education, sports and corporate organizations.
