No two days are the same in my current job role, my position at Wine and Wallop has grown from my original position when I joined the company back in July 2020 as Business Development Manager to my role today. I still drive the business forward with sales and marketing plans, social media campaigns and events in all sites but my role has developed into something bigger.Working alongside the Managing Director to implement his vision, control labour budgets throughout the group, P&L’s and weekly sheets. A big part of my current role is working closely with the General Managers on site, help them develop in their roles, drive the business and be a support network for them. As Wine and Wallop is an independent, I create menus and POS in line with brand guidelines. Liaise with suppliers and wholesalers to insure best group pricing. Collaborate with drinks reps for internal promotions and training.I am a very proud to admit I am a hands-on manager willing to step into a verity of roles when the business needs.
