I design like I’m solving a puzzle, one piece at a time, with empathy, clarity, and with way too many tab open. I’m Rachana, a UX/Product Designer with 3+ years of experience and a background in architecture. My design journey has taken me from urban blueprints to digital platforms, always grounded in making complex systems feel simple, inclusive, and useful. With a Master’s in UX Design & Research from the University of Michigan, I’ve led projects across healthcare, civic tech, and education, working at the intersection of research, visual design, and product strategy.
