In my current role I am responsible for leading the strategic roadmap for leveraging, strengthening and setting up Global HR Shared services Organisation with teams across LATAM, EMEA, US & Canada & APACKey KPIs involved-Service Delivery: Ensuring efficient and effective delivery of HR services to employees across all regions- Process Improvement: Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of HR services- Technology Management: Overseeing the implementation and management of HR technology systems to support service delivery- Compliance: Ensuring that HR services comply with local labor laws and regulations in the countries where the company operates- Employee Experience: Enhancing the employee experience by providing high-quality HR services and support- Performance Metrics: Developing and monitoring performance metrics to ensure the HR shared services team meets its goals- Collaboration: Working closely with other HR leaders and business partners to ensure alignment of HR services with business needs- Financial Management: Responsible for managing costs and benefits associated with the entire global set up of Global HR Shared Services
