Started Working with India Infoline as a Customer Service Executive in 2004.Handling Customer queries on phone as well as on Emails.Took a transfer to the HNI desk as a Relationship Manager in 2005 for the HNI desk.Handling trades for clients and acquisition of new clients.Promoted to become a Team Leader in 2007 handling a team of 8 people.Monitoring daily, weekly & quarterly MIS for Client meetings & Brokerages generated. Analyzing team performance vis-a vis targets & taking necessary action to improve the same.The HNI team was merged with the Wealth Team and was promoted to Associate Vice President in 2010.Currently Advice HNI-Clients and provide necessary guidance on market movements.Advising the clients to invest in equities based on company research.Offering the existing clients with other products.( Third party Structured products,Debt,Bonds) as well.Diversifying the client\'s investments on the basis of clients profile and their financial goals.Handling a team of advisors and sales traders.
