I work with a variety of clients to develop custom itineraries to create the vacation of their dreams. Working in an ever-changing environment, I coordinate multiple tasks for different itineraries simultaneously. I provide up to date travel information to ensure my clients are well informed before departure.As an Administrative Assistant, I quickly and efficiently complete daily tasks assigned by management. This includes organizing final travel itineraries, data entry and file management, and finalizing detailed travel arrangements. I serve as the liaison between our local partners, where I complete travel itineraries within set budgets and provide administrative records and mailings.
