Rachael Wooden, Vice President North America Manufacturing at Mars, leads breakthrough transformation for the Mars Wrigley North America manufacturing and supply network. She is known for her transformative abilities through proven methods of change management, shifting and reinvigorating cultures, and leadership development. Her unique perspective and experiences help professionals and corporations unlock barriers for long term sustainable, breakthrough performance. In addition, Rachael brings energy and fun into formulating solutions custom suited to organizational needs.An MBA Graduate from Indiana Wesleyan University in Executive Management with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from the University of Southern Indiana, and Six Sigma Green Belt Certified from Purdue University, Rachael brings 20+ years of End 2 End Supply Chain experience across 4 industries domestic and globally. She has honed the ability to ignite individuals and organizations, cultures, and styles to drive BOLD steps forward connecting people to desired results. Prior to joining Mars, Rachael held numerous Global Supply Chain and Manufacturing roles with Nike, General Mills, Kellogg, and Procter & Gamble based in various US locations as well as leading business expansion from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. She prides herself as a practitioner, learning and growing through hands on experience and building transferrable skills of developing people, systems, and organizations to world class levels. She has been recognized for leadership excellence throughout her career. Over the years, her formal accolades include 40 Under Forty Award, Diverse Business Leader Award honoring leaders who are advancing diversity and inclusion, Ethics in Business Nominee, and Exceptional Women Leader panelist on behalf of the Albuquerque Office of Civil Rights. Rachael’s pure authenticity and passion for creating impactful change has led to partnerships with non-profits and Fortune 500 companies. She served on numerous Board of Directors and Councils including Albuquerque Chamber of Commerce, National Association of Commerce and Industry, Community College of New Mexico, African American Greater Albuquerque Chamber of Commerce volunteer, and continues to be active with National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE).
