I am not content unless I am encountering the best that I can be. To thrive, I need challenge and innovation. Whether this means creating something new, or adapting quickly to a new system, I am in my element. I edit because I love to watch the writer’s vision come into focus. Fixing details to bring crisp clarity provides me with ecstasy. Editing also appeals to my love of helping others through cooperation, mutual understanding, and empathy.
