Beloved Beauty is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering survivors of human trafficking and exploitation through trauma-informed mentorship, case management, life skills, education, and career development. Founded in Los Angeles in 2018, Beloved launched its flagship program to provide long-term, relationship-based support for survivors. Over the course of three years, we paired 15 participants with 18 trained volunteer mentors, facilitated life skills workshops, and partnered with agencies such as the LAPD Human Trafficking Task Force, Covenant House, and Saving Innocence. Participants enrolled in college, launched small businesses, and secured employment—demonstrating the power of holistic, survivor-centered care. In 2022, Executive Director Rachael Roland brought Beloved’s proven model to Delaware, leveraging her leadership with the Delaware Anti-Trafficking Action Council to build statewide partnerships and expand services. Beloved Pathways: Our Delaware Flagship Program Beloved Pathways addresses a critical gap for trafficked and high-risk youth ages 13–24, especially those aging out of foster care, justice-involved youth, and young people facing housing instability. Our two-track model ensures no youth is turned away: Intensive wraparound services – individualized empowerment plans, trauma-informed case management, academic support, workforce readiness, and trusted referrals. Light-touch crisis support – relationship-based mentorship and flexible engagement for youth not yet ready for full programming. → Why It Matters ← Beloved Beauty believes that healing and empowerment go hand in hand.
