Talent Attraction & Candidate Engagement Manager @Kantar

I\'m part of our Culture and Engagement team at Kantar, and my role is all about raising the profile of our Talent Brand to attract new hires. It\'s a global role, meaning I get to work with colleagues all over the world and learn more about hiring in different countries. My primary focus is all around candidate experience - how candidates are interacting with our content and we can make the journey as easy as possible for them. I manage our careers website, look after our talent attraction tools like our CRM and Textio, review candidate communications, and run campaigns to raise awareness of Kantar and our roles. Plus, as a data analytics and insights company, I do all this while using data to inform what we do and how we do it.
