Ensure timely distribution of refreshed content through the Learning Management System to maintain access to up-to-date resources-Serve as liaison between training leads, SMEs, and field staff across technical and clinical roles. Tailor communication through email outreach, polls, and resource distribution to strengthen engagement, gather feedback, and address training needs-Track project and task progress through completion, along with training participation, feedback, and engagement metrics using Microsoft Planner, SharePoint, and Monday.com. Generate clear, actionable reports with Microsoft Forms and Excel to support leadership decision-making and continuous improvement-Obtained security clearance for VA projects, demonstrating trustworthiness and professionalism.
