As CEO of Rural Prosperity Partners, I have led the organization through a period of dynamic growth—expanding our revenue twelvefold over the past five years. Under my leadership, we have worked in 31 of Oregon’s 36 counties, providing hands-on technical assistance to rural jurisdictions, special districts, and nonprofits. We’ve helped these communities secure over $24 million in state, federal, and private funding to launch high-impact projects in broadband, childcare, economic development, food systems, infrastructure, and more. I also spearheaded our landmark partnership with the USDA, resulting in the first cooperative agreement in the nation for broadband technical assistance—an initiative recognized by the White House for its innovation and equity-centered approach.
