Individual contributor to the firm’s Capital Markets regulatory reporting team; acquires data from internal systems, reviews and remediates for adherence of pertinent reporting requirements, submits data to governing bodies and supports any following regulator inquiries regarding activity- Capital Markets experience with Fixed Income reporting (various products, activity submitted to the Federal Reserve of New York), and Consolidated Audit Trail (CAT reporting of NMS US Equities to FINRA CAT)- Gathers relevant data/reports, identifies and analyzes issues/problems, engages relevant collaborators (Front and/or Middle Office, Regulatory Technology, third-party vendor) for understanding, resolution, and documentation of scenarios for future references and audit purposes, in a timely manner- Maintains logs and metrics of daily production and Jira/incident trackers; able to speak to production on a micro level, and responsible for presenting high-level updates to stakeholders quarterly- Leads continuous improvement of processes, procedures and participates in the planning, testing and implementation of projects for regulatory reporting, intermediate/advanced Microsoft Excel skills- Analyzes the scope of change to determine people, process, technology, risks and other impacts- Understands the regulatory requirements and risks inherent in the operations, ensures appropriate actions are taken and operational integrity is maintained for the firm- Member of the Digital Insiders employee workplace technology group that participates in tech pilots, provides feedback on rollout, helps others adopt new ways of working and increases digital fluency across the bank.
