About Rachael Dier

In all that I do, I amplify voices and center them in the stories I have the privilege to tell. As an accomplished mixed methods researcher with over 7 years of experience in qualitative and quantitative research in communications, media and the entertainment industry, I specialize in centering users and audiences in the content, products, and experiences I have a part in creating. I have expertise in leading and mentoring teams in fast-paced, evolving environments. Previously I\'ve served as a Content Researcher, Market Research, UX Researcher, and Emerging Media Specialist. I also specialize in multimedia storytelling, ranging from portrait photography, original series and films, podcasts, VR/AR experiences, and more. I work with various communities with the purpose of providing them with the tools to amplify their voices.
