I strategise and project manage website delivery for a small, third-sector–focused agency.Mission-driven project and account management, nurturing third-sector client relationships and championing accessible, inclusive digital practices in partnership with charities, social enterprises, and community groups. I help facilitate the strategic restructuring of content to optimise user understanding, distil functional requirements in line with organisational goals, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver websites that strengthen our clients’ digital presence and impact.Since joining, I’ve been developing the foundations that help those partnerships and projects thrive — introducing simple, transparent processes, consistent documentation, and shared tools that make collaboration smoother and delivery more dependable. These improvements are helping the team work more cohesively and give clients greater confidence and clarity throughout each project.
