Global Senior HR Business Partner HR Transformation Lead @Unilever
Since June 2020, I’ve been a Senior Global HR Business Partner at Unilever. Additionally, starting from February 2022, I have taken on the role of HR Lead for a Global Transformation program focused on enhancing Unilever’s Business Operation across Sales, Planning, Customer Service and Logistics. This program aims to deliver a superior Customer and Employee Experience and leverage data, new technologies, a new operating model, and connected processes to fuel growth.\\\\n\\\\nAs a key member of the Leadership teams I support, I have provided coaching to senior leaders during this period of significant change. Here are some of the key highlights of my role so far:\\\\n\\\\n- Established a global team to ensure Performance and Governance of our selected partners, managing the associated change from Global/regional teams.\\\\n- Collaborated with Markets on organisation design and business cases, achieving sign-off for implementation.\\\\n- Integrated the organisation design within the new Unilever-wide structure.\\\\n- Oversaw the attraction, hiring, and development of over 150 talents into the Program.\\\\n- Led change initiatives to deepen partnerships, embed new ways of working, and drive user adoption.\\\\n- Redesigned the Leadership & Program Team structure to adopt a product-focused, agile approach, enhancing execution in Markets.\\\\n- Provided leadership, coaching, and development for the Program HR Team.\\\\n- Served as a development coach for senior leaders as part of the Unilever Senior Leadership Development Practice.\\\\n\\\\nThese experiences have enriched my skill set and deepened my understanding of successfully driving complex transformation within global organisations.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
