About Rachael Bisnett
I have been fortunate to contribute to some of Stantec\'s most technically complex engineering and construction projects, particularly in the dams and hydropower sector. I am blessed to have had exceptional mentors, and I am passionate about paying forward career development opportunities for younger engineers to grow and improve. I regularly seek out internal and external leadership and networking opportunities which have fostered industry and inter-office connections and led to unique project experiences. My current goal is to leverage my experience to grow Stantec\'s dams and hydropower business, while continuing to deliver projects that make a positive impact on our communities.
