As a Real Estate Professional, Rachael recognizes and values the trust her client\'s place in her and Rachael does her best every day to exceed the client\'s expectations. Rachael has been marketer, sales and real estate about 15 years and her sales consistently go up in the plethora of multifaceted real estate translations including Commercial, New Construction Sales, Residential re-sale, Real Estate Investment, Property Management, and The First Time Home Buyer. Rachael is a certified homebuyer educator and she gives most of the government down payment assistance options for buyers. Rachael knows all areas L.A, O.C, and Riverside County. Her sales experience was a boost for the seller and she opened escrows the most of her listings within 1 week even if the listing was on the market long time with other brokerages. Her property management company will give the best service in the area which includes finding qualified tenants in a short period of time and manages smoothly without any problems. Rachael currently acts as a mentor at her brokerage also 10 team agents working with her. Rachael also serves non-profit organizations which are the Asian Business Association and the Korean American Association in the Inland Empire both as an ambassador.
