ABOUT RACHAEL WARWICK
Deputy Director of Secondary Education for River Learning Trust, Rachael enjoys working alongside Heads and their senior teams to support sustainable school improvement. Formerly CEO of Ridgeway Education Trust, Rachael was the founder CEO of a trust which now comprises eight schools and a SCITT. Past President of ASCL and previously a National Leader in Education, Rachael is interested in policy and structural and systemic solutions for schools and trusts. Rachael is a level 4 EMCC qualified coach and an advocate for coaching as a tool to enable people to realise their full potential.
