We are the first port of call for our owner managed business owners, who are encouraged to speak to us as a sounding board for any idea, question or problem, without the fear of being \'on the clock\'. Our offering allows us to help with basic compliance services, such as year end company accounts, company tax returns and self assessment tax returns, plus all high-level tax advisory projects including, but not limited to, remuneration planning, company restructuring, employee share schemes, capital allowance claims, R&D, EIS & SEIS, non-domicile & non resident tax planning, inheritance tax planning, tax investigations, internal PAYE reviews and many other specialist tax matters.At VPA we appreciate that every client is unique with a specific set of aspirations and goals for their business and family. We help create a bespoke tax planning strategy to ensure taxes are minimised and income maximised, whilst regularly updating these plans as our clients goals evolve and the tax rules change.
