I\'m a Junior in the Honors Program at the University of Rhode Island, majoring in Kinesiology with a minor in General Business. Through my academic studies and hands-on work experience, I\'ve developed a strong foundation in human movement, health, and customer-facing communication-skills I\'m excited to continue building as l explore future opportunities in healthcare, sales, and medical technology.I currently work at The Martucci Group, where l\'ve held roles as a hostess, banquet server, and now server. These positions have sharpened my ability to communicate clearly, manage fast-paced environments, and prioritize guest satisfaction. l\'ve also completed internships in sports medicine and special education, giving me early exposure to both clinical and support-based healthcare settings.Outside of the classroom, l\'m involved in Alpha Xi Delta Sorority and the Kinesiology Club, where I stay connected with peers who share my interests in health, wellness, and leadership. In high school, I served as Class Vice President, Varsity Softball Captain, a Unified Sports leader, and was a member of multiple honors societies.I\'m passionate about combining my knowledge of health sciences with interpersonal and business skills, and I\'m eager to pursue internship and career opportunities that align with medical device sales, health education, and client-centered wellness.

   As a banquet server at The Martucci Group, I assist in executing weddings, corporate events, and private functions by providing exceptional service and maintaining a professional, guest-focused environment. My responsibilities include setting up event spaces with tables, place settings, and beverage stations; taking and preparing drink orders; and delivering plated meals and buffet items efficiently while ensuring food presentation and safety standards. I work closely with kitchen staff and event coordinators to ensure seamless service throughout the event and take part in post-event breakdown and cleaning. This role has strengthened my ability to multitask, communicate effectively, and provide high-quality service in fast-paced, team-oriented settings—skills I plan to carry into future client-facing roles.
