ABOUT RACHAEL POLLAK
Hello, my name is Rachael Pollak, and I am a Writing for Film and Television major at Chapman University\'s Dodge College of Film and Media Arts. Over the past few years as a student filmmaker, I have been refining my creative voice, shaping my own campy, female-led brand of films. Through my experience making independent student films and working various internships and jobs—including roles at ESPN+, Independent Pictures, and Barry Films—I have developed into a well-rounded filmmaker, having occupied nearly every position in the filmmaking process, with a particular emphasis on cinematography, production design, and screenwriting.My ultimate goal is to establish a female-led production company dedicated to creating stories centered on women and the LGBTQ+ community. Until then, I am eager to continue learning and growing on this journey.
