Collaborated with engineering team and management to ensure the resolution of all ergonomic issues to closure. Managed open issues on both Vehicle (GA & BIW) and Battery programs. •Performed workstation readiness on GPS programs to evaluate for ergonomic risk factors as part of continuous improvement activities. •Created a standardized ergonomic scorecard and utilized Power BI to consolidate all program issues into one interface to analyze issues and manpower. •Performed ergonomic analysis using Siemens Classic Jack to ensure ergonomic options are acceptable for implementation for new vehicles. •Conducted force measurements on pre-production vehicles to validate that ergonomic specifications and guidelines are met.
