Senior Specialist Dietitian - Focus on Undernutrition @Nhs

Develop, lead and manage an award winning, nationally recognised service called Focus on Undernutrition. The service is delivered by a team of seven people which is part of nutrition and dietetic service, to provide training on the identification and treatment of undernutrition across County Durham and Darlington. The service is provided into elderly care homes, GP practices, NHS community services. All Focus on Undernutrition training and resources are avaiable nationally, visit
