Working alongside maintained schools and local authorities, academies and Free Schools, we provide permanent and interim senior leadership solutions to help identify specialists with the right combination of knowledge and proven expertise to fill short, medium and long-term assignments in all types of schools and phases of education.My role as Operations Manager involves working with key personnel across the education sector to carry out bespoke pieces of School Improvement work. I am also responsible for identifying talented school leaders, senior education advisers and leading subject practitioners as well as managing the company finances and contracts.Responsibilities include:* Finance - client invoicing, paying invoices, ensuring records are kept up-to-date* Contract Monitoring* HR and Recruitment - vetting checks, contracts* Data Protection Officer* Liaison with clients and associates* Sourcing and identifying specialists with the right combination of knowledge and proven expertise to fill short, medium and long-term assignments in all types of schools and phases of education in either permanent or interim senior leadership roles* Research to identify suitable candidates to add to the Conexus pool of available associate consultants, also for undertaking Executive Search or “Head Hunting” on behalf of clients as part of a whole recruitment processFor further information please visit
