In this newly created role, I am building a more intentional, strategic approach to how UHY pursues and wins work. My focus is simple: create proposals and presentations that reflect the best of who we are — clear, compelling, and centered around what clients actually care about.Day‑to‑day, I lead the full proposal lifecycle, from identifying opportunities to shaping our message to delivering polished RFP responses and finalist presentations. I work closely with partners, business development, and subject matter experts to translate complex services into straightforward, client‑focused narratives that differentiate UHY in competitive markets.Beyond producing proposals, I’m also building the structure behind them — quality control processes, content frameworks, messaging standards, and data‑driven insights from win/loss analysis. I’m constantly looking for ways to make our pursuit strategy smarter, more proactive, and more aligned with where the market is moving. That includes monitoring platforms like GovWin, tracking competitive activity, and supporting partnership development with minority subcontractors.Overall, my goal is to elevate how UHY shows up to prospects: more consistent, more strategic, and unmistakably aligned to the needs of the decision‑makers on the other side of the table.
