ABOUT RACHAEL ENDE

As an accomplished HR professional, I have positively contributed to high functioning teams and influenced key stakeholders throughout my career. I am successful in engaging employees, resolving complex issues, and recruiting qualified team members. I work closely with management to identify opportunities for improvement, and serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and executive committees on hiring governance and best practices to increase proficiency and engagement for attracting top talent. With a Bachelor’s Degree from The Ohio State University and more than 12 years working for Mount Sinai Health System, I bring with me an excellent educational background and strong experience in hospital and healthcare. A few of my specialties include talent acquisition, market and talent mapping, and employee relations.I am culturally aware, and able to collaborate with diverse team members to create and implement best practices and foster a culture conducive to team comradery, diversity & inclusion, and business unity. I have extensive experience working with the HIV/AIDS and transgender populations and have served as a Recruiter for Strive to assist inner city Harlem residents in reaching their employment goals. I am knowledgeable in various Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) with proficiency in Taleo, Oracle, HRTS, GEAC, Microsoft Office Suite, and social media platforms.
