HR Coordinator in a global company, providing administration support to the HR team in EMEA and first line guidance and knowledge to the business in order to help deliver a high level of HR service across the organisation. First point of contact providing general HR advice to managers and employees and redirecting to HRBP where appropriate, full employee lifecycle responsibility: onboarding, off-boarding, managing family friendly polices- maternity and paternity, updating the payroll team and benefits teams with amendments to employee salaries, terms and conditions, promotions etc. Updating HRIS systems and running reports on HR data.
