Yourmobile.com work solely with Plan.com in B2B telecommunication telesales. My job is to ensure an incredibly high level of customer service whilst generating substantial growth in our sector along side management for both corporate and small businesses’ accounts. We work as a consultancy to save our clients time and money. In this role I incorporate strong sales and negotiation skills and create solid business relationships with honest, genuine, and efficient service. By designing tailor made tariffs configured specifically to meet the needs of both the client and their business - only available using plan.com\'s bespoke portal system. I am able to ensure the services and solutions I offer are beneficial and unique to the industry. Plan.com are the first (and in my opinion ONLY) virtual network to truly embrace technology. Allowing customer\'s and partner\'s like ourselves to truly embrace the future of telecommunications. For such a young company the achievements and progression I have experienced whilst working along side have been truly remarkable. From winning fastest growing tech company in the UK to O2\'s partner of the year. My roles consist of two GP targets and I am responsible to get my own dedicated lead generators to their own individual targets. Balancing fresh business and my renewals consistently every month. I am targeted on growth, management, renewing existing customers and Trust Pilot. I manage and train my team of lead generators, providing constant support for each individual and a high level of fresh business.
