Passionate about driving the growth and commercial sustainability of women\'s rugby, the role is to support the development of non-performance elements of the Women\'s Rugby Programme strategy. With a vision to establish the best and most admired Women’s Rugby Programme in the Northern Hemisphere, my focus areas include generating new audiences and fans at women\'s Premiership games, suggesting new avenues of sponsorship for the women’s programme, and pushing the boundaries of women’s rugby. I\'m dedicated to developing innovative ideas and initiatives to remain leaders within the women\'s game.
