   Founded and spearheaded the creation of a 501c3 nonprofit focused on global WASH initiatives in 6 countries across Latin America and the Caribbean- Raised over $1 million in grant funding for WASH programs - Managed a constantly growing and changing team of short term volunteers and long term staff working both locally in the US and internationally- Provided technical support to field staff regarding rural WASH program implementation, monitoring, and evaluation to build local capacity in nearly 80 communities- Researched, developed, and coordinated strategic plans for regional water management to address the challenges of long-term climate change in endangered rainforest regions (Panama) and short-term water scarcity/humanitarian disaster relief (Haiti)- Streamlined grant, financial, reporting and program management for a nonprofit- Coordinated engagement between vulnerable communities, a variety of NGOS, and local governmental agencies- Assembled a data collection strategy for monitoring and evaluation of WASH programs- Illustrated the organizations annual impact in a variety of media formats- Created a water testing lab and testing protocol in Panama
