In December 2020 I was promoted to Parts Sales Manager. The department has continued to grow sales by sourcing cross referenced crane parts for Mobile, Maritime and Offshore cranes, with a newly added devision of Port Crane parts. I implemented some small changes within the daily running of the team to streamline workloads and effectively provide our customers with the best customer service. The previous courses I have undergone for leadership and management skills have provided me with the skills required to ensured my strength in the position. We deal with international sales and purchasing daily, heavily involving compliance due to sanctions and jurisdictions.
