   Team Liaison/Resident Problem Solver, responsible for initiating collaboration with loan officers/underwriting/PODs to troubleshoot any potential problems on files and/or loan documentation, ensuring compliance with industry and company policies. I serve as the borrower’s single point of contact, from underwriting preapproval through to closing for all purchase and refinance files assigned to me through my four current PODS. I review underwriting conditions and obtain the appropriate documentation needed to comply with underwriting/investor guidelines. I am responsible for file structure, analyzing loan application, calculating income and verifying income sources. and am consistently prioritizing/reprioritizing/structuring my workday, to promptly address any immediate situations, such as underwriting requests, file discrepancies and omitted data. I am very knowledgeable of the mortgage process and all procedures to quickly move a loan to closing, striving for a \"7 days or bust\" while maintaining a high company standard, while managing an active pipeline that consists of 50-75 loans per month with a range of different loan programs (Purchases, Refinances, Land Contract Refinances, Construction, New Construction, Conventional, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Ginnie Mae- FHA, VA, USDA). I also prepare and disclose Initial Closing Disclosures to borrowers and schedule/coordinate closing appointments with title companies, based on borrowers’ availability. I am frequently recognized within the company for my attention to detail and for being meticulous during monthly company-wide corporate calls/award presentations. I strive to build team/POD morale by consistently checking in to see what assistance I can offer to help lighten the load and keep files moving at an efficient pace.
