Rachael Bassey is the founder of ContentCollab, a research company that helps small and mid-sized businesses build authority and grow their pipeline through original research, events, and community.She is also a Fellow of The Break, a European Union–funded program focused on closing the gender gap in entrepreneurship. Rachael is the founder of Eká Mi Africa, an NGO that has supported more than 700 families in low-income communities. Through its Motherpreneur Project, she continues to create opportunities for women to build businesses and achieve financial independence.Her global perspective comes from co-founding a travel community, serving as an Entrepreneur in Residence at The Nine (Belgium’s first female-focused private members’ club), and hosting meetups for female entrepreneurs across multiple countries.At the heart of her work is a simple belief: growth is strongest when people rise together.
